Did you know that in 1907 Mission’s local museum was originally on First Ave? It started out as a bank. It remained a bank for 40 years then it became a public library when it moved to 2nd Ave. It finally became a museum 65 years after it’s construction in 1972. The museum is now home to historical accessories, artifacts and clothing. It is open from 10am-4pm Monday to Thursday and 1-4pm Saturday. Step back in time and take a look at Mission’s history!
