Have you seen this video? Apparently, the ABN Amro bank in the Netherlands started a campaign as a way to recover from a slow real estate market. One of their clever ideas, was to install a roller coaster throughout an open house. The potential buyers would get to see the home, while enjoying an amusing ride. This could be one of the best marketing strategy I have seen! I imagine the amount of groups wanting to view the home would be countless.
