Did you see the recent article by Vancity Buzz regarding the future of house pricing in Vancouver? According to a study the average home price in Vancouver will be $2.1 million by the year 2030. This is obviously a bleak outlook for those in the city, however this could also mean positive things for the surrounding cities. Maybe the release of this study will push potential home buyers to move East of Vancouver and cause a boom in the real estate market in other cities.
