The Board processed 1,310 sales of all property types on its Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) in January 2022. 40 sales took place in Mission — a 22.22% decrease from December 2021. 31 detached homes were sold in January 2022, compared to 41 in January 2021. The sales of townhomes saw a slight decrease while the sales of apartments saw a slight increase compared to December 2021.
Active listings in Mission for detached homes and townhomes decreased by 32.4% and 25% respectively compared to this month last year.
