The Fraser Valley Real Estate Board recorded the third straight month of decreasing sales in June 2022, signifying the return of a balanced real estate market. June 2022 saw a 5.8% decrease in sales compared to last month, and a 43% decrease in sales compared to June 2021. “In just two months our market overall has shifted into balance mainly due to a softening of demand for single-family detached homes,” remarked Sandra Benz, President of the Board.
