The FVREB recorded the ninth consecutive month of record-breaking sales, with total sales in Mission up 114.7% from this month last year. The Board processed 2,951 sales of all property types on its Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) in May 2021. 107 sales took place in Mission — a staggering 114.7% increase in sales from this month last year. 89 detached homes were sold in May 2021, compared to 22 in May 2020. The sales of townhomes doubled and apartments triped this month compared to May 2020.
Active listings in Mission for detached homes and townhomes decreased by 30.6% and 72.4% respectively compared to this month last year, perpetuating the unwavering demand for family homes in the Fraser Valley.
