January 2019 did indeed start of a little sluggish in terms of new listings and home sales in Mission, but things are definitely looking to speed up for spring. Are you ready?

“With inventory continuing to build, and prices softening across many of our areas and property types, buyers will be well positioned to make a move this spring.”
Buyers are out there, and as spring approaches they will continue to monitor the market for new listings and position themselves to make an offer when the time is right! But competition is also building, and it takes an experienced Realtor with tried and tested tools to sell in a competitive market!
